DETAILED ITINERARY
We start in the glam of Hollywood, cruise down the California coast to San Diego and as icing on the cake, do Weekend 2 of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival. We are not a Coachella Tour — we are a road trip with locals and other festivalgoers created to make Coachella easy. This festival can be a pain-in-the-neck to plan on your own. Instead, come with us and just party!
Day 1: Los Angeles
Depart the concrete metropolis of L.A. and head south toward SoCal’s famous surf beaches, where you can choose to absorb rays on the beach or catch a wave during a surf session.
Day 2: San Diego
Ride with us to sunny San Diego, your home for action, culture and adventure for the next few days. Once we cruise around America’s Finest City, we’ll check into our hostel and prepare for a night on the town.
Day 3: San Diego + Mexico
Let’s ride the train to Mexico — you don’t say that every day!
Day 4: Salton Sea + Coachella
Our road trip continues with a ride to the Salton Sea and Indio, passing all the desert sights + sounds along the way.
Day 5: Coachella — Friday
Check out Le Grande Wheel, pose for selfies with fashionistas or rock out to the most legendary bands on the planet.
Day 6: Coachella — Saturday
Go more in-depth for your second day at the festival. Say hello to bliss.
Day 7: Coachella — Sunday
You know the layout, you know the people, now make the most of your final day here. Weekend 2 of Coachella is almost at an end.
Day 8: Los Angeles
You can choose to stay in Indio (Stagecoach, anyone?), or ride back with us to Los Angeles. Our road trip comes to an end when we arrive at the beach in Santa Monica, the historic ending of Route 66.
**Attention: Many factors such as traffic, bad weather, road construction, Acts of God or crazy festivalgoers may reroute our itinerary due to safety. Please be patient and roll with the punches if that happens. Besides, it’s not an adventure ‘til something goes wrong, right?

“It was the perfect way to see everything California has to offer in a short time. I would never have seen all I saw without Orange Sky, or had as much fun doing it!”
Simon, Australia
“We had an awesome time cruising Highway 1, and saw heaps of the local wildlife including otters, seals, raccoons, moles and whales! Dylan knew all the best spots, whether it was for lunch, the pub for a few brews, or the locals-only secrets. Highly recommended and definitely worth the drive!"
