  • Camping under the stars in Big Sur (included)
  • A visit to Google + Facebook headquarters (included)

We start in the tech hub of San Francisco, cruise down the California coast to San Diego and as icing on the cake, do Weekend 2 of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival. Can you think of a better Coachella road trip?

Day 1: Santa Cruz

Check-in at Google headquarters or update your status from Facebook as we head south toward Santa Cruz, the “Surf City” of California. Then absorb rays on the beach or catch a wave during a surf lesson.

Day 2: Big Sur

Charge your camera for our cruise along the tall cliffs of the Pacific Coast Highway. Our stops include the old canning town of Monterrey, picturesque stops along the famed 17-mile drive and Bixby Bridge, a well-known California landmark.

Day 3: Big Sur

Head to the beach with purple sand, pose for photos with the magnificent California redwoods or hike up a coastal mountainside for a Pacific Ocean sunset.

Day 4: Morro Bay + Wine Tour

Ever heard of Morro Bay? Paso Robles? Pismo Beach? That’s our point.

Day 5: Central Coast

Clear your head with a refreshing paddleboard on the bay. Spike your adrenaline with an ATV ride on the seemingly endless Oceano sand dunes. Or soak your muscles in a hillside hot spring when the sun goes down.

Day 6: San Diego

Welcome to sunny San Diego, your home for action, culture and adventure for the next few days. After our intro drive around town, we’ll check into our hostel and get ready for a night on the town.

Day 7: San Diego + Mexico

Let’s ride the train to Mexico — you don’t say that every day!

Day 8: San Diego

Take a day off for beaches, Baywatch and babes. San Diego has the weather and laid-back vibe for a relaxing day on the sand.

Day 9: Coachella

We’re back on the road for our ride to Palm Springs, passing all the desert sights + sounds along the way.

Day 10: Coachella

Check our Le Grande Wheel, pose for selfies with fashionistas or rock out to the most legendary bands on the planet.

Day 11: Coachella

Go more in-depth for your second day at the festival. Say hello to bliss.

Day 12: Coachella

You know the layout, you know the people, now make the most of your final day here. Weekend 2 of Coachella is almost at an end.

Day 13: Los Angeles

You can choose to stay in Indio (Stagecoach, anyone?), or ride back with us to Los Angeles. Our road trip comes to an end when we arrive at the beach in Santa Monica, the historic ending of Route 66.

**Attention: Many factors such as traffic, bad weather, road construction, Acts of God or crazy festival-goers may reroute our itinerary due to safety. Please be patient and ready to roll with the punches if that happens. Besides, it’s not an adventure ‘til something goes wrong, right?
